Order Notifications
When a customer places an order, an automated email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email will contain all the essential information needed to fulfil the order, including:
- Customer Name
- Delivery Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Order Due Date
- FoodByUs Order Reference ID (use this as the PO number on your invoices)
- Specific Delivery Instructions
The email will also include a detailed list of the items ordered, showing:
- Product names (exactly as they appear on your price list)
- Unit of measure
- SKU
- Quantity
Order Entry and Confirmation
Once you receive the order email, enter the order details into your system. After this, click the “Accept Order” button within the email. This action will redirect you to your FoodByUs supplier dashboard, where you can confirm the order.
Important:
Orders must be confirmed via the dashboard to ensure they are processed for payment.
Payment Schedule
Payments are processed every Friday for deliveries completed from the previous Monday to Sunday. To qualify for payment, all orders must be confirmed through the dashboard.
